the room size was good. the bed was very comfortable. breakfast had a great selection of food!!!

the rooms didn't seem to have sound proofing, i could hear the toilet being flushed next door.

floor hair stained pillows

The room was not soundproof I heard everything from the street and plumbing noise. There was hair all over the floor upon arrival and some pillows had stains. I left a breakfast tray and housekeeping did not remove it for over ten hours.

inconvenient room design and maintenance issues

poor privacy constant street noise

the room design felt impractical i was hoping for more privacy the sink area was oddly placed directly in the bedroom it made basic hygiene routines awkward also the noise was pretty bad i could hear everything from the street it disrupted my sleep and made relaxing difficult the street noise was constant

spatious room nice touch friendly staff cool lockers

My room was plenty big for my things. I was happy with the bed also the mirror added a nice touch. Staff was very nice, always offering assistance. The luggage room had cool lockers. That helped between checkout and my flight.

My room included sleeping pillows and shower supplies. I did like the sliding mirror in the room, it helped a lot. The bed was very comfy and perfect for resting after long walks.

The rooftop bar offers breakfast options and snacks all day. I saw seating both inside and outside on the rooftop. The bar had many options of beverage to enjoy.

The hotel is close to bus stops and the metro station. I found it easy to move to many attractions from there. I had no problem walking or taking public transportation.
